How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets bought will be transferred as e-tickets:
The buyer receives an email with their login and password details for their FFT account
. Once logged in they can download the e-ticket(s).
Important: If you purchase your tickets before 26th May 2013, you will be able to change the name of the attendees on your FFT account until the day before the match day.
For all orders purchased from 26th May 2013, all tickets must be bought in the name of the attendees. From this date, the FFT will not allow any name changes once the transaction is made.
The FFT will have to approve your order. This step usually takes 24h after the purchase was made. Once approved, you will receive an email from the FFT that will contain the login and password details for your FFT account. Once logged in, you will have to download and print the tickets to access Roland-Garros. Please ensure that you check your spam/junk inbox, as the email may end up there.
Tickets bought on event day, after 09:00:
You must provide each attendee’s name and surname during the purchase process. It will not be possible to amend the attendees’ names after the purchase.
Buyers will receive an email with their login and password details from the FFT so they can download the tickets. However, if there is not enough time, you can still pick up the tickets directly at the viagogo box office at Roland-Garros with your confirmation email and proof of ID.
NOTE:To avoid queuing we advise you to print your tickets at home
